Hands On Orlando is committed to preserving the privacy of information it receives about its volunteers and visitors to handsonorlando.com.

Access to volunteer and visitor information will be limited to Hands On Orlando staff, Project Coordinators, and others involved with Hands On Orlando activities.  Volunteer and visitor information will not be shared, given, loaned, or sold to any other individual or organization.

However, we may disclose personally information in response to a court order or subpoena.  We also may disclose information in response to a law enforcement agency's request, or where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding possible illegal activities or the physical safety of any person or as otherwise required by law.  In addition, we may transfer information about you if we are acquired by or merged with another company.

 If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before disclosing personal information to us.

The information provided by volunteers and visitors will be used by Hands On Orlando to fulfill requests for our services, coordinate and track volunteer projects and to communicate with Hands On Orlando visitors and volunteers about Hands On Orlando opportunities and activities.  Such information will not be used for commercial, personal, or unlawful purposes.
